Description of Services

*HSN ships durable medical equipment and supplies to its patients via common carrier. The type of equipment shipped either does not require installation or can be installed by the patient according to the manufacturer’s installation requirements for warranty. HSN does not do home delivery installation.

*HSN bills Medicare, Medicaid, Third Party Insurances, and Private Pay for the services it provides. Charges are available upon request.

*HSN has trained Account Representatives to help determine eligibility criteria. Please call 903-796-1877 to discuss any questions you have and to begin the referral process.

*The Hours of Operation are Mon-Thur 9a-5p.  Our phone number is 1-903-796-1877, and our fax number is 1-903-405-4072.  Phone messages may be left during after-hours and is checked first thing on the next business day.  Email support is available and monitored 7 days a week.

*The Geographic Service area for HSN Insurance Customers is the State of Texas. Retail customers are served in the 48 Continental States.  Arrangements may be made to deliver specified equipment or supplies outside the geographical area with the Chief Executive Officer’s approval.
